You know those friends and family that you know so well, you can just walk into their house and say hello? Well... This is Glory Us. Warm hospitality, good food, coffee and people.
This is Mike. A culmination of fifteen years of hospitality experience, from small sandwich delis through to currently hatted restaurants, and everything in between. This is his idea of dining with integrity, transparency and homeliness.
This is Tori, aka Glory. This is what it means for her to start working in her grandmother's cafe from a young age and never leave the kitchen. From in-home private dining to executive level cheffing, Tori has owned and operated some of Melbourne's best restaurants and trending cafes. This is her interpretation of modern, wholesome hospitality seasoned with childhood memories and Mum’s flavours.
We are not interested in what's current, and nor are we about what's trending.
