our story

Glory Us is our little mark on Melbourne hospitality.
An opportunity to showcase over 40 years of combined passion and experience. We take great pride in building our lovely cafes ourselves, from the furniture to painting, fixtures and fittings, Mike makes his mark. An extension of our values, passion and genuine love for Tori’s honest food and menu’s. Our cafes are homely and simple, a place where you feel comfortable and right at home.

Our cute little name is a tribute to Tori’s late Mum who lovingly called her Glory. Upon finding our first space, Mike suggested calling ourselves Glory, however, Tori decided there were two of us so together we are Glory Us.

One of our lovey cafe spaces is based in Fitzroy North, close to Edinburgh gardens. Perfect for morning dog walks and catch up with friends. Our second cafe is located up in Strathmore/Essendon North. Nestled in the suburbs we love to create spaces for the local community to come and enjoy what we have to offer.


We take great pride in transparency and relationships. All our staff are paid fairly, on award rates and we work closely with local producers, suppliers, most of which we have worked with for over 15 years.

As well as offering our spaces to hire, we also focus on catering, corporate functions and dinner parties.We specialise in private chef hire, with a strong fine dine and wine knowledge to elevate your next dinner party. Tori has worked as a private chef for some of Australia’s high profile families, along with many years of cheffing at private retreats, getaways and luxury kitchens.
